Our mission

Our mission at Ezra is to detect cancer early for everyone in the world. We are currently focused on prostate cancer and have developed a new screening technology based on MRI and AI.

We believe in empowering people to make their own health decisions, so we are offering Ezra as a direct-to-consumer health membership. Our members sign up for Ezra, visit a partner imaging center to get a prostate MRI scan, and receive a cancer screening report within 48 hours. Our reports are generated by radiologists assisted by the Ezra AI, which increases accuracy and improves productivity for our radiologists.

Your mission

You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring public relations campaigns that grow our brand and increase awareness for the importance of prostate cancer screening. You will also provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly PR progress reports to the Ezra Head of Marketing.

As the PR & Social Media Coordinator, you will:

  • Create Public Relations campaigns that help Ezra become recognized as the leading cancer screening company in the US
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Manage the creation and implementation of daily posts across all Ezra social media accounts
  • Coordinate with Ezra members to create testimonials and case-studies
  • Work with our content team and our Scientific Advisors to write editorial content that resonates with journalists
  • Reach out to journalists with relevant news, content, and data that could make them interested to cover Ezra
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis

Who you are

You are an individual who lives and breathes PR, who wants to apply their skills to help people detect cancer early. You’re energetic, eager to learn, and have an editorial or journalistic background. You’re creative, write well, have a sense of aesthetics, and are fun to be around.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or similar.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in creating and coordinating PR campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • You obsess over attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to effectively multitask
  • Very good communication and project management skills
